Bee Gees - New York Mining Desaster / To Love Somebody mp3 flac
The album, Bee Gees 1st, fit right in next to Sgt. Pepper's, et al that summer of 1967 with their high concept psychedelic pop, baroque leanings and blue eyed soul. I bought this album after hearing New York Mining Disaster way back in the 60's. My friends and I played the vinyl album until it wore out. I was so happy that this album has been remastered and could be downloaded. I HIGHLY recommend this album to anyone who should own a "must have" collection. A lot of people had associated the group as disco, along with Barry Gibb's newly acquired falsetto voice, after Saturday Night Fever came out.

New York Mining Disaster 1941" is the debut American single by the British pop group the Bee Gees, released on 14 April 1967. It was written by Barry and Robin Gibb. It was produced by Ossie Byrne with their manager Robert Stigwood as executive producer.

The second international hit of The Bee Gees, and the first in a string of melodic ballads and love songs – Holiday, Massachusetts, World and more that brought them to the front line of pop in the 60’s and 70’s, until they switched to disco.
