You say you love me And I think that is true But every night my girlfriend tells me I should watch you Now I say I trust you But I want you to know I'm not a sucker; Chill out-your nose is growing, Pinocchio. So now I'm leaving And you know I tried All right, baby, no more lies Do-do-doo-ooh-ooh Do-do-doo-ooh-ooh oh.
No More Lies" is a song by American R&B artist Michel'le. The song was released in 1989 as the lead single from her self-titled debut album, and became a Top 10 hit in the US. The Washington Post speculated that "No More Lies" was written about Michel'le's then-boyfriend Dr. Dre, who was abusive toward her and notoriously unfaithful. A music video for the song was released. It depicted Michel'le at a dinner party, singing and dancing while interacting with the guests.

Michel'le, the girl with the squeaky speaking voice and thunderous singing voice, stormed onto the music scene in 1989-1990 with her smash self-titled debut. Michel'le produced several huge hits, including the unstoppable (and irresistibly clever) "No More Lies," which became a Top Ten pop hit; its follow-up, "Nicety"; and the R&B/dance hit "Keep Watchin'
The album was released in 1989 for Ruthless Records and was produced by Dr. Dre and DJ Yella (both of . A), and executive produced by Eazy-E (also a member of . The album was a huge success for Michel'le, making it to on the Billboard 200 and on the Top R&. B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and was certified Gold by the RIAA 5 weeks after its release.
Wtf, Michel'le's perception is off as hell. Pac is definitely not 5'4, and a height that short from a man is very noticeable. I've never noticed him as short from any of the pictures or videos I've seen of him. As someone else pointed out, Tupac towered over Janet on Poetic Justice and Janet is reportedly 5'4. On his autopsy report, Tupac is listed as 215lbs and 6'0ft. Was she implying the Firm album wasn't good around the 1:59 mark or am I just reading into it wrong? To each their own, but I thought that was a great record ( "The Album" by The Firm ) and to this day I still listen to it. Dre's production on most of it ( since he didn't do all of the beats on it ) was pretty good and it definitely mixed well with the verse's AZ, Nas, Foxy and Nature were spitting.
Michel Jonasz – I M LEAVING HOME MAMA lyrics. I’m leavin’ home Mama Don’t be afraid You knew I’d strike out on my own Mama On a sunny day The gate is swingin’ I must roam Don’t make me turn my heart to stone My ticket’s paid my ticket’s paid. So long Like someone said in an old song Goodbye I’ll spread my wings and rip the sky Be free See the world from the galaxy.
